Strong College Students (SEO & Local Optimization) - A local moving company based in Tampa, FL.
The Opportunity:
A local mid sized moving company headed by a young entrepreneur with a large vision approached Incept Design. They were a largely unknown company in a highly competitive industry with local, and national competitors. This industry requires a large capital investment in which most of the costs are fixed. After buying large commercial moving trucks, equipment, insurance, licenses, and securing a space to operate from there wasn't much left to launch a traditional marketing campaign. We also wouldn't have suggested using traditional media or advertising. This company had also been purchasing shared and non-shared leads which were not converting at high rate.

Incept Design believes it is better to appear in front of prospects looking for your services. Those prospects are easier to convert and remain receptive to your message in any economic situation. There are a number of ways to appear in front of individuals looking for your services.
Phase 1 - Organic search engine optimization, local business optimization.
Phase 2 (After achieving #1 rank) - Pay per click advertising, conversion optimization.
Phase 1 Results:
Local business optimization generated 18,712 impressions in less than a year.
Those 18,712 impressions generated 772 actions.
That translates into a 4 percent CTR (click through ratio).
Achieved first page rankings for top search term within 8 months.
70% of web traffic generated from Google.
Achieved #1 spot for desired search term in less than 12 months.
